Q. What is Ufinity Rewards?
A. Ufinity Rewards is a coalition loyalty program that allows its members to earn points towards free food, products and services at dozens of participating restaurants and businesses.
Q. How do I enroll?
A. You can enroll online by completing our secure enrollment form. We recommend, however, that you purchase your card at your favorite member business. For a complete list of participating businesses, please go to www.ufinityrewards.com and search your area for your favorite place.
Q. What information do I need to provide when I enroll?
A. When you enroll, you need to provide your name, address, email address, contact phone number, and your birthday. (Members enrolling are given the opportunity to opt out of receiving email communications; however, you will miss out on receiving members’ only specials, discounts and a free entrée on your birthday.)
Q. When I join, am I automatically eligible to earn points towards discounts and bonus rewards?
A. Yes. Completing one easy online enrollment form will entitles you to full member benefits. If you register online, you will receive your membership card within one week. If you register at a member restaurant or business, you will receive your card immediately. You may also use your phone number if the card is unavailable or not yet received if registered online.
Q. Do I need to let the business know I'm a member of Ufinity Rewards?
A. Yes. You just need to present your membership card at checkout or give them your phone number, so the employee can enter in your transaction and your account will be credited. The cards are discreet in the fact that the employee or other staff member will not have access to your name or other personal information. This information is only available to the business if 1. They are the business you signed up at or frequent, and 2. They are either the owner or manager that has access to the password protected database. Q. Is UfinityRewards.com a secure Web site?
A. Yes. When you join Ufinity Rewards, you are accessing a secure server operated by our systems vender. They use triple des encryption on all information. Additionally, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.
Q. How do I access the Ufinity Rewards Web site to monitor the points I've earned through the program and view the most up-to-date listings of participating merchants?
A. Just go to www.ufinityrewards.com and click on check card balance in the middle box. You will be asked for your card number or phone number. This will display your points earned. Additionally, every email you receive will have your card balance, points needed for a reward and any dollar balance if a Gift Card. While you are at www.ufinityrewards.com , use our easy to use search feature to see new restaurants and businesses in your area. You will also be notified of new merchants on our quarterly ezine newsletter you will receive.
